It has been a long time since I last posted a self portrait. This was taken in Tagaytay. The flowers seems to be photogenic. While my face was not very cooperative with the nature’s blossoms that is why I covered it lol. 

I swear these babies are brownies not cookies. They’re rounded because I baked them using my cupcake baking tray. It was baked from scratch though, but it was scrumptious.

It was a first try. But must I say to myself, I should not try baking it again. There are loads of problems that happened to it. Like it didn’t rose properly and it was under-cooked  Probably it’s because of the hot weather, nevertheless it was not really good at all. Or perhaps I should development some of the ingredients and its measurements. And maybe I should replace the glaze to a frosting.

It’s summer vacation and I need to relive my blog. Last week we went to Tagaytay to get away from the city’s chaotic temperature. I could actually live there forever. Anyway, these are apple tarts from Rowena’s. They are delish! Sadly the box of tarts emptied for a day or two, so in words of the Queen of hearts (Alice in Wonderland) “Who ate my tarts? Off with his head!”.

Been so MIA with school and my major. Last 031613, we had a turnover celebration of the Business Management majors. It was at Society Lounge, Makati. That place was very elegant the fact that its ambiance was very french (That’s why our theme was “A night in Paris”).
